The Robot Coupe Vertical Cutter Mixer features a 60-quart stainless steel bowl designed for versatile food preparation tasks including mixing, chopping, pureeing, blending, and kneading doughs. Powered by a 16 HP three-phase induction motor, it offers two speeds of 1800 and 3600 rpm for efficient processing.
Constructed with an IP65 control panel and equipped with a digital 0–15 minute timer, this mixer ensures safety with a magnetic safety system and motor brake. It includes a tilting, removable cutter bowl with a see-through lid and a 3 stainless steel smooth edge "S" blade assembly. Dimensions are 54 1/2" H x 25 9/16" D x 30 7/8" W, weighing approximately 330 lbs. This unit is ETL and CETL listed for electrical and sanitation standards.
