The Pavoni Pavoflex PX43121 Date Silicone Mold, designed with BINKASEM BK, features 16 refined date-shaped cavities perfect for contemporary desserts like mousse and entremets. Each cavity measures 3.5 by 2.0 by 1.8 inches (90 x 50 x 45 mm) with a volume of 3.7 ounces (110 ml). Made in Italy from high-quality silicone with a non-stick slick upper surface, it ensures easy release and simple cleaning with hot water and mild soap.
This mold can be sanitized in the oven at 302°F (150°C) for two minutes and is dishwasher, freezer, microwave, and oven safe. Its overall dimensions are 11.8 by 15.75 inches, making it ideal for professional and home use with consistent, elegant results.
