This 20" x 129" belt is designed for the Acme 88-4 Dough Sheeter, specifically for Acme Model 8-4. Constructed from natural PVC compound with a polyester/cotton fabric carcass, it provides reliable durability and performance for dough sheeting operations.
The belt has a bare fabric cover and bottom surface, with a coefficient of friction of 0.20 on steel. It supports a working strength of 46 lbs. at 1% elongation and operates effectively within a temperature range of 14 to 176°F. Food approved and with limited oil and grease resistance, it reduces the need for dusting flour compared to all cotton belts.
