RADYAN Hi-Limit Safety Thermostat; Type LCH; Temperature 490 Degrees Fahrenheit; 30" Capillary

This Hi-Limit Safety Thermostat is a Type LCH model set at a fixed temperature of 490 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 30-inch capillary and a nickel bulb sized 1/4" by 6-1/2". The thermostat includes bracket 6 and is compatible with GE and Hobart fryer models such as CK20, CK40, CK50, CK831, DK40, DH42, DK55, and DK831, as well as the HK series. It functions as a hot side hi limit thermostat to prevent overheating.

The thermostat supports additional accessories including a 3/8" MPT nickel-plated brass stuffing box kit, snap-in and clip-on capillary clamps, calibration screwdrivers, and insulation sleeving for bulbs up to 3/8" diameter. Manufactured by AllPoints (ICS & CCC), it ships in 1-2 business days and replaces various OEM numbers for broad fryer compatibility.
