The Turbo Air TST-48SD-D2 Super Deluxe 2 Drawer Sandwich Salad Table features a 12 cubic feet capacity with one section and two stainless steel drawers for convenient storage. Equipped with a 9 1/2" wide polyethylene cutting board and one stainless steel shelf, this prep table offers ample workspace and storage for fresh salads and sandwiches.
This unit includes a self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system with a 1/3 HP bottom mounted compressor, maintaining temperatures between 33 - 39° F. Its cold air compartment and gas condensate system ensure consistent temperature control. The stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability, while 5" casters allow for easy mobility. It is NSF and ETL listed for commercial kitchen use.
