RADYAN Vulcan VCRH12 Series Restaurant Gas Hotplate, 12" Wide
The Vulcan VCRH12 Series Restaurant Gas Hotplate is designed with a removable burner head top for easy cleaning and maintenance. It features a protected flash tube ignition system, which can save operators significant fuel costs annually. This 12" wide gas hotplate includes two 25,000 BTU open burners with lift-off burner heads and standing pilots, providing efficient and reliable cooking performance.
Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash, the hotplate includes cast iron top grates and manual gas valve controls. It also features an aluminized pull-out crumb tray and 4" adjustable legs for stability. The unit supports both LP and natural gas and comes with a supplied LP gas conversion kit. Certified by CSA and NSF, it weighs 140 lbs and measures 12" wide by 29-1/3" deep and 13-1/3" high.
