Equipped with burner doors that open easily for ignition, cleaning, or adjustment, this oven features four 1-inch thick, 12 gauge aluminized steel oven decks for quick and efficient heating. A draft diverter ensures safe ventilation, and accessible gas, temperature control, and safety pilot valves enhance usability and safety in commercial kitchens.
