The Tor-Rey Pro-Cut KMS-12 Meat Slicer is a professional heavy-duty slicer designed for slicing all kinds of red meat without bones, including semi-frozen cuts. It also efficiently slices various cheeses such as cheddar and Monterey Jack. Featuring a powerful 1/3 HP motor and gear-driven transmission, this slicer ensures years of continuous use, making it ideal for several hours of daily operation. Its 12-inch blade and true 45 gravity feed enhance slicing precision and ease.
Constructed with anodized aluminum and stainless steel, the KMS-12 offers durability and hygiene. It includes an integrated knife sharpener for maintaining blade sharpness.
