The Cres Cor H-138-1834D is a fully insulated holding cabinet designed to keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. It features a 1500 Watt heating system with thermostatic control and a large LED digital display for precise temperature management up to 200°F. The cabinet body is constructed from non-corrosive, hi-tensile aluminum for strength and ease of mobility.
This model includes self-closing insulated Dutch doors with magnetic gaskets to prevent heat loss and field reversible hinges for flexibility. It offers channel pan slides that securely hold 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers without tipping. Mobility is provided by heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, and recessed push/pull handles on both sides protect walls and facilitate maneuvering in commercial kitchens.
