This translucent white bun-pan-rack cover measures 23" wide by 28" deep and 62" high, designed to keep food fresh and clean while aiding in retarding and proofing dough. It helps reduce drying and crusting, prevents odor transfer, and can eliminate the need to cover each plate or tray individually. The cover also holds trays securely during transport and conceals unsightly racks for a cleaner kitchen appearance.
Constructed from 20 mil reinforced material, this cover is tear and abrasion resistant, flame retardant, and remains flexible and durable. It features triple reinforced top corners, a clear-vision window, a clear pocket for product labeling, and a loop for wall-hanging storage. It includes full access end or side flaps with industrial-grade nylon zippers or optional Velcro closures. Not recommended for freezer use.
