The Lakeside 7511 Mobile Convection Heat Dish Dispenser features convected forced air heating that rapidly heats plates and ensures even heat distribution. Its unique lid design retains heat without gaskets, maintaining plate warmth efficiently. The fully insulated cabinet conserves energy while a single heat control manages two dispensers within one compartment.
Constructed from stainless steel for durability and easy sanitation, this dispenser includes self-lubricating components for smooth operation and a push handle for controlled transport. Equipped with five-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, it offers excellent maneuverability. Each dispenser accommodates a 27-inch stack of plates ranging from 7 to 10¼ inches in diameter.
