The Turbo Air TST-48SD-D4 Super Deluxe 4 Drawer Sandwich Salad Table offers a spacious 12 cubic feet capacity with four stainless steel drawers for convenient storage. Featuring a 9 1/2" wide polyethylene cutting board and durable stainless steel construction inside and out, this prep table ensures ample workspace and durability. Its innovative cold air compartment and gas condensate system maintain consistent temperature control between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping your salads and sandwiches fresh and safe.
Equipped with a self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system and 5" casters for mobility, this unit includes a stainless steel top with a 12-pan opening. The bottom mounted compressor and air-cooled refrigeration system provide efficient cooling. Certified by NSF, ETL, and cETLus, this sandwich prep table is designed for commercial kitchen use, combining functionality and reliability.
