The Omcan 37450 Dual Paddle Tilting Meat Mixer is a robust floor model designed for efficient meat mixing with an 80 kg (110 liter) capacity. It features a 24" x 20" tilting tank with an automatic locking system and safety lock, ensuring secure operation. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it includes two removable stainless steel mixing arms and a stainless steel cover with a safety microswitch for added protection.
Equipped with swivel casters with locks for mobility and stability, this mixer operates on 220V/60Hz single-phase power with two 3/4 HP motors. Its oil-bath gearbox with ground and tempered helical gears and double seals on the tank and gearbox provide durability. The IP54 control panel offers forward and reverse functions with auto-off and auto-reverse features, making it ideal for hard mixes and salads.
