The Garland MCO-GS-20-ESS is a double deck, full size natural gas convection oven providing a total of 120,000 BTU with 60,000 BTU per oven cavity. It features the Master 200 solid state control with a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F and an electromechanical timer. The oven includes electronic spark ignition with an automatic pilot system and 100% safety shut off for secure operation.
Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs, this oven has a 60/40 dependent door design with double pane thermal windows and interior lighting. The porcelain enameled interior with coved corners includes six chrome plated oven racks per cavity on 13-position rack guides. NSF listed and designed for professional kitchens, this oven offers efficient, consistent cooking with a patented safety door system and full-length positive door closure.
