The Hobart HS9-1 automatic slicer offers professional-grade slicing with a 13" CleanCut™ knife and zero knife exposure for enhanced safety. It features a 1/2 horsepower motor with a timing belt for the automatic drive system and a variable four-speed automatic carriage with front-mounted controls. Three stroke lengths provide versatile slicing options.
Constructed with a sanitary anodized aluminum base and equipped with multiple safety interlocks, including home-start position and gauge-plate interlock, this slicer ensures safe and efficient operation. Its dimensions are 30-5/16" width, 22-5/16" depth, and 27-1/4" height, with a maximum food height of 7-1/2" and width of 12". It slices cheese and other foods with a slice size up to 1".
