The Cres Cor H-137-WSUA-12D AquaTemp is an insulated stainless steel holding cabinet that combines heat and humidity control to maintain food quality and texture. It features a 2000 Watt heating system with thermostatic control and an AquaTemp system that continuously monitors and adjusts temperature and humidity, prioritizing food safety with air temperature control up to 200°F.
Constructed with stainless steel and an internal frame for durability, this cabinet includes field reversible insulated Dutch doors with antimicrobial latches and silicone gaskets to prevent heat loss and contamination. It offers twelve sets of stainless steel wire universal angles on adjustable 1-1/2" centers and heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, for easy mobility in commercial kitchens.
