Novacart Disposable Paper Panettone Molds are food-grade, free-standing baking pans inspired by traditional Italian baked goods. These molds eliminate the need for metal pans, reducing cleanup time and allowing flexible baking quantities. Made of rigid baking paper, they are oven safe up to 390°F, freezer safe, and microwave safe. The gold floret accented brown molds measure 2-3/4" diameter by 2" high with a 4.5 oz capacity.
These molds are recyclable but not compostable and are not recommended for liquid use due to pinprick holes in the bottom.
