The Moffat E32D5/2 Turbofan Digital Electric Double Deck Convection Oven features a compact footprint measuring 28-7/8 inches wide, 31-7/8 inches deep, and 28-3/4 inches high. It operates on 208 or 220-240 volts single phase with 28 or 27 amps respectively, delivering 6.3kW heating power (220-240V) or 5.6kW (208V). This double deck oven includes a stacking kit for space efficiency and holds five full-size sheet pans per deck.
Equipped with digital time and temperature controls, a two-speed, two-direction reversing fan, and a five-level moisture injection system, it offers precise cooking and baking. The oven has a vented side-hinged glass door, stainless steel exterior, and porcelain enamel interior. It supports manual or programmed operation with 20 cooking programs and stage-end alarms, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens.
