Novacart Panettone Disposable Paper Baking Mold offers a convenient and elegant solution for baking traditional Italian panettone and other baked goods. Made from food-safe rigid baking paper, these molds are oven safe up to 390°F, freezer safe, and microwave safe. Their gold-floret accented design allows you to bake, store, and serve your treats in the same mold, reducing cleanup time and enhancing presentation. Each mold measures 6-5/8" in diameter and 4-1/4" high, providing ample capacity for your baking needs.
These disposable paper molds eliminate the need for metal pans, making them ideal for both professional and home bakers. They are KOF-K Kosher certified (except item # P155C) and recyclable, though not compostable. Note that these molds are best suited for thicker batters or doughs, as some sizes have pinprick holes that may allow liquids to seep through.
