This Hot Side Electric Thermostat, Type D1/D18, operates within a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 3/16" x 14 1/8" nickel bulb and a 36" capillary tube, designed for high current applications with a DPST switch and 4 terminals. The thermostat is compatible with GE/Hobart ovens HN205 and HR202, as well as pizza ovens CN50 and CN60. It includes mounting options with a horizontal offset and supports various dial models for temperature control.
The thermostat comes with optional accessories such as capillary clamps and calibration tools to ensure precise installation and operation. It replaces several OEM numbers and is suitable for commercial kitchen equipment requiring reliable temperature regulation.
