This belt is designed for the Acme 88-4 Dough Sheeter and fits the Acme Model 88-9. Made from natural color PVC with two plies and a polyester/cotton fabric carcass, it offers durability and reliable performance in dough sheeting applications. The belt features a bare fabric cover surface and bottom surface, providing a coefficient of friction of 0.20 on steel for effective dough handling.
The belt has a working strength of 46 lbs. at 1% elongation and an overall gauge of .071". It is food approved and operates within a temperature range of 14 to 176°F. The belt requires less dusting flour than all cotton belts and has interchangeable surfaces. Recommended splice types include split finger clipper lace #36SP and alligator lace #1A. This belt is ideal for commercial bakery use and ships within 10-14 business days.
