This 24 inch by 177 inch belt is designed for the Acme 88-4 Dough Sheeter, specifically for the Acme Model 88-6. It is made from a natural color PVC compound with two plies of polyester and cotton fabric. The belt features a bare fabric cover and bottom surface, providing a coefficient of friction of 0.20 on steel for effective dough handling.
The belt is food approved and operates within a temperature range of 14 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit. It offers limited resistance to oil and grease and requires only half the dusting flour compared to all cotton belts. The recommended splice is split finger clipper, and it supports #36SP alligator lace. The belt has interchangeable surfaces and a maximum width of 78.7 inches.
