This Paderno Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat is crafted from food-grade silicone and fiberglass fibers, providing a durable, rubber-like surface for baking and freezing. It withstands temperatures from -40°F to 600°F and can be reused up to 3,000 times. Its excellent non-stick properties make it suitable for sugar, chocolate, viennoiserie, confectionery, cookies, and cakes.
The mat features a silicone finish on one side only, preventing it from sticking to work surfaces. It can be placed directly on oven or cooling racks and requires no greasing or special maintenance. Rolling is recommended for storage instead of folding. Cleaning is easy with a sponge and warm water. The mat must not be cut or used over open flames.
