The Silikomart Gold Velvet Spray is a cocoa butter–based spray designed to provide a flawless velvety finish to mousses, entremets, and frozen desserts. It delivers a smooth, even coating with a vibrant gold color that enhances both presentation and texture for a professional appearance.
For best results, apply the spray on frozen surfaces while maintaining the can between 25°C and 35°C. Shake well before and during use, spray from about 20 inches away in light, even layers, and keep the nozzle clean. The product is FDA approved and comes in a 13.5 oz. (400 ml) bottle, made in Italy.
