The Lakeside B587 Soiled Dish Breakdown Cart is designed to save labor and reduce breakage by allowing presorting of soiled glassware, dishes, and silverware close to the point of service. It is ideal for remote dining and meeting rooms, featuring a combination of one flat and three angled shelves that accommodate bus tubs, banquet trays, and glass or cup racks. The built-in drain tubes on the slanted shelves prevent drippage from glass and cup racks, while the flat shelf includes a marine edge on the front and a 4" turned-up edge on three sides for added security.
This cart is equipped with extra load No-Mark® cushion tread wheels that absorb impact for quieter and smoother operation. Fixed and swivel 8" casters guide the cart in a straight line and make turns easier. The shelf size measures 28" x 62", making it a practical and efficient solution for handling soiled dishware in busy food service environments.
