The F. Dick SM-111 Watercooled Grinding/Sharpening Machine is a versatile commercial sharpener designed for professional use. It combines a dual wet wheel grinder adjustable from 10 to 25 degrees, a counter-rotating overlapping wheel sharpener, and a honing wheel to achieve the highest degree of sharpness for hand knives.
Equipped with water-cooled grinding wheels and magnetic guides, this machine ensures precise bevel creation and quick burr removal. It can sharpen 400 to 500 knives daily and includes a wheel dressing device and all necessary maintenance tools. Operating at 110 volts, it measures 17-3/4" x 12" x 11-3/4" and weighs 33 pounds.
