The Robot Coupe Vegetable Prep Machine CL50 Gourmet is designed for specialty cuts that are difficult and time-consuming to prepare by hand. It offers perfect waffle/gaufrette and brunoise cuts every time, in addition to continuous feed slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, french fry, and julienne capabilities. This versatile machine accommodates 44 different processing discs and includes two discs: a 3mm slicing disc and a 3mm grating disc. It features a 1.5 HP induction motor with a single speed of 425 rpm, a magnetic safety system, motor brake, and an all-metal motor base for durability.
Equipped with an all-metal vegetable prep attachment and two hoppers for specialty cuts, the CL50 Gourmet also includes a removal catch pan with lid for small quantities of brunoise. Its compact dimensions (26"H x 14"L x 12"W) make it suitable for various kitchen environments. The unit is ETL electrical and sanitation listed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
