The RSVP International FLX Endurance Medium Flexible Nylon Spatula in Black is ideal for sliding hot omelets and cookies from pan to plate. Its flexible nylon head is heat safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and gentle on non-stick cookware. The Santoprene sleeve, heat resistant to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, offers a firm grip and fits securely on the 7-1/2 inch stainless steel handle. The medium spatula head measures 2-3/4 inches wide by 4-3/8 inches long, with an overall length of 11-7/8 inches. All parts are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
Avoid leaving the spatula head or Santoprene sleeve on a heated pan as they may sustain damage. Do not preheat empty non-stick pans or cook at high heat to prevent damage, as the spatula is designed for use below 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
