The Vulcan 2ER50CF Electric Freestanding Fryer features ribbon-style heating elements that provide up to 85+% cooking efficiency by offering more surface area than conventional elements. This design reduces heat output to the kitchen, helping to lower air conditioning costs and maintain a comfortable working environment. It includes a stainless steel cabinet and two fry tanks measuring 14-1/8" x 15-1/2" each, with a total shortening capacity of 100 lbs.
Equipped with programmable compensating computer controls and melt cycles, this fryer ensures consistent cooking performance. The KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system helps maintain oil quality and ease of cleaning. Twin baskets and legs provide convenience and stability.
