The Vulcan Electric Freestanding Fryer with an 85 lb. oil capacity and KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system offers up to 85+% cooking efficiency with ribbon-style heating elements that have more surface area than conventional elements. This design reduces heat added to the kitchen, lowering air conditioning costs and maintaining a comfortable work environment.
This fryer features a 21" wide stainless steel cabinet and a 19-1/2" x 18" fry tank with an 85-90 lb. shortening capacity. It includes solid state analog knob controls with melt cycles, twin baskets, and legs for stability. Operating at 208 V / 3 PH / 50-60 Hz with 24 kW power, it is designed for efficient, reliable, and easy-to-maintain commercial frying.
