The Dexter-360 Scalloped Offset 9" Slicer with a red handle is designed for precision cutting through tough skins, peels, crusts, or rinds. Its high-carbon, stain-free steel blade features a scalloped edge that easily slices crusty breads, seared meat edges, and firm fruit or vegetable skins without damaging soft interiors.
