The Garland OEM # 1017506 Thermostat Kit, Type FDH-1, is designed for temperature control ranging from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 54" capillary and a bulb measuring 3/16" by 14-3/4". This hot side gas thermostat includes a gas inlet/outlet of 1/2" FPT and comes with a dial (#22-1011) calibrated for 300-650°F.
This thermostat kit is compatible with Garland pizza ovens models GPD: 4, 48, and 60. It is a solid state pocket gas detector and includes accessories such as Teflon thread sealing tape and heavy duty thread sealers. This kit ensures precise temperature regulation and reliable operation in commercial pizza ovens.
