The Omcan 31344 12" Blade Slicer is a manual gravity feed meat slicer with a 12" diameter carbon steel blade and anodized aluminum body. It features a belt-driven blade assembly for consistent slicing and is ETL and ETL-Sanitation listed, compliant with Quebec safety standards.
This slicer is designed for low volume operations and offers a cutting size of 10.23" x 8.41" with cut thickness from 0 to 16 mm. Operating at 120V and 0.35 HP, it runs at 300 RPM and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. Made in Italy, it is easy to disassemble for cleaning and measures 25.60"D x 19.5"W x 17.32"H.
