The Skyfood 312EC1 12" Heavy Duty Slicer is a full-size manual gravity feed slicer designed for heavy-duty use. It features a 12" stainless steel hollow ground knife and a large food hopper, allowing for efficient slicing with a maximum thickness of 1/2".
