This Hi-Limit Safety Thermostat is a Type LCH model with a fixed temperature setting of 490 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a 30-inch capillary and a nickel bulb measuring 1/4" by 6-1/2". The thermostat is equipped with bracket 6 and is designed for use with GE and Hobart fryer models including CK91, CK93, CK711, CK721, CK811, CK821, CK831, and CK841. It is a hot side hi limit thermostat that provides reliable temperature control and safety.
Additional accessories such as a 3/8" MPT nickel-plated brass stuffing box kit, snap-in and clip-on capillary clamps, calibration screwdrivers, and insulation sleeving are compatible with this thermostat. Manufactured by AllPoints (ICS & CCC), this product ships in 1-2 business days and replaces various OEM numbers, ensuring compatibility with multiple fryer systems.
