The Hobart HS8N-1 manual slicer combines ease of use with safety features, including a 13" CleanCut™ knife and zero knife exposure for safer operation. It is powered by a 1/2 horsepower electric motor and includes a 30-second automatic shut-off for added protection. The ergonomic handle and removable ring guard cover enhance user comfort and maintenance.
Built with a sanitary anodized aluminum base and equipped with multiple interlocks such as home-start position and gauge-plate interlock, this slicer ensures safe and efficient slicing. Its dimensions are 30-5/16" width, 22-1/8" depth, and 25-1/2" height, with a maximum food height of 7-1/2" and width of 12". It is capable of slicing cheese and other foods with a slice size up to 1".
