Fat Daddio's SSRD-3175 Stainless Steel Round Cake Ring is hand welded and polished to a brilliant mirror finish. This 3" diameter by 1.75" high ring is versatile for baking individual desserts, cakes, entremets, and pastries. It is also excellent for freezing layered desserts and using as ice cream molds.
Beyond baking, this ring can be used to cut dough, cookies, and cakes, as well as to form mousses, eggs, pancakes, and artistic plate presentations like salads and rice. Made from 18 gauge polished stainless steel, it is dishwasher safe and durable for professional and home use.
