The Wolf SCB25 Countertop Natural Gas Charbroiler is a low profile, high volume commercial grill designed for efficient broiling. It features a stainless steel front, sides, top trim, and grease trough, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The unit includes heavy duty cast iron char-radiants and burners, with 5 1/4" wide cast iron diamond grates for optimal heat distribution. Each broiling grate is powered by a 14,500 BTU/hr burner, controlled manually with infinite heat control valves.
This charbroiler is equipped with a standing pilot ignition system and an underburner deflector system that reflects heat upwards for consistent cooking. It has four adjustable legs for stability and a 3/4" rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator. With a total output of 58,000 BTU/hr, this natural gas unit is ideal for commercial kitchens requiring reliable and powerful grilling performance.
