This Production Cookie Cutting Sheet features rosette-shaped cavities with a height of 5/8". It allows for fast cookie production by pressing dough onto the inverted cutting mat and lifting it to leave perfectly shaped cookies ready to bake. Made of food-grade plastic, it is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
