The Vulcan Electric Freestanding Fryer with a 170 lb. oil capacity features solid state analog knob controls for precise temperature adjustment. Its ribbon-style heating elements provide up to 85+% cooking efficiency, reducing heat output to the kitchen and lowering air conditioning costs for a comfortable working environment.
This fryer includes a stainless steel cabinet and two 19-1/2" x 18" fry tanks with an 85-90 lb. shortening capacity. It is equipped with the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system and twin baskets. Operating at 208 V / 3 PH / 50-60 Hz with 67 amps per fryer, it offers a maximum heat resistance of 390°F and is designed as a floor model for commercial kitchens.
