This Channel Bun / Sheet Pan Rack is constructed from sanitary 1" square aluminum tubing with all heli-arc welded tubular construction for superior strength. Designed for front loading, it features welded angle pan slides that accommodate standard 18" x 26" bun pans, 18" x 13" trays (two pans per shelf on front loading racks), and 17" x 25" fryer screens. The rack includes an additional base cross bar for enhanced rigidity and comes fully assembled and ready to use. It uses plate casters for mobility rather than stem casters.
Ideal for busy commercial kitchens and bakeries, this rack provides ample storage for up to 30 pans with easy front access. Its durable aluminum frame resists corrosion and supports heavy loads. Note that trays or pans shown in images are for illustration only and are not included with the rack.
