Americolor Sky Blue Soft Gel Paste Food Coloring offers a revolutionary approach to food coloring with its Soft Gel Paste™ technology. Packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle with a flip-top lid, it allows precise color mixing and easy repeatability. The color molecule encapsulation reduces aftertaste and fading, maintaining vibrant hues even under harsh freeze/thaw cycles without bleeding or running.
This soft gel paste does not break down delicate non-dairy whipped toppings, enabling deep, vibrant tones. It colors a wide range of items including bread dough, cookie dough, cake batter, buttercream, royal icing, fondant, gum paste, marzipan, and compound coatings. It can also color white chocolate when mixed with Flo-Coat. Kosher certified by Star-K, this product is consistent from batch to batch and uses less color due to immediate dispersion.
