Equipped with a direct fired gas system, electronic spark ignition, and solid state digital controls, this oven offers precise temperature control from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes five chrome-plated racks, removable crumb trays, interior halogen lights, and a draft diverter for safe ventilation, making it ideal for professional baking environments.
