The Hobart SDPE-11 Salad Dryer features a 20-gallon capacity and operates at 406 RPM to gently spin water off leafy vegetables, ensuring fresh and dry salads. Its polyethylene outer tub and lid, combined with a fully sealed polyethylene base, provide durability and ease of cleaning. Stainless steel components, including the motor splashguard, lid, and outer tub, enhance corrosion resistance and longevity.
Equipped with a 1/4 HP motor with thermal overload protection and a permanently lubricated gear drive, this salad dryer requires minimal maintenance. The easy-to-use 5-minute timer and large casters for mobility make it ideal for busy commercial kitchens.
