The Robot Coupe R2-CLR-DICE Combination Food Processor is designed for high-volume food preparation, capable of preparing up to 850 servings in 3 hours or less. It features a 3 qt. clear polycarbonate bowl with handle and a vegetable prep attachment for continuous feed dicing, slicing, shredding, grating, and julienne. This processor accommodates 21 different processing plates and 3 dicing kits, enhancing versatility in food prep.
Equipped with an "S" blade, multiple discs including 5/64" grating and 5/32" slicing discs, and a 3/8" dicing kit, it operates at a single speed of 1725 RPM with on/off and pulse switch controls. Powered by a 2 HP motor on 120 volts and 60 hertz single-phase power, it is ETL electrical and sanitation certified, making it a reliable and efficient choice for commercial kitchens.
