The Nemco 6310-2 Hot Plate offers two burners with different wattages for versatile heating options. The right burner delivers 1500 watts for cooking, while the left burner provides 500 watts ideal for warming. Both burners feature solid-top, cast-iron French elements that heat evenly and quickly with six adjustable heat settings.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, this horizontal model measures 24-1/8" wide by 13-1/2" deep and 5-1/8" high. It operates on 120 volts and 16.7 amps, with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management.
