This Martellato Guitar Frame is designed for precise cutting of cremini, ganache, jellies, mignons, and soft masses with wires spaced 45mm apart. The frame measures 615mm by 427mm (24.2" x 16.8") and features a strong plastic cutting base with stainless steel frames. The wires are individually interchangeable to suit various cutting needs.
