This Production Cookie Cutting Sheet, Star 1-3/8", features star-shaped cavities with a height of 11/16" and overall dimensions of 15.25" x 22.6". Made from food grade plastic, it is dishwasher safe and designed to help bakers produce large quantities of star-shaped cookies efficiently.
The cutting process involves placing a sheeted piece of dough on the inverted mat, pressing with a rolling pin, and lifting the mat to leave cookie shapes ready to bake. For sticky doughs like shortbread, using very cold dough and flouring the cutter sheet before cutting is recommended to prevent sticking and ensure clean cookie shapes.
