Designed for high volume vegetable and fruit processing up to 1,200 lbs per hour, this Robot Coupe Vegetable Preparation Machine features a 4 HP three-phase induction motor with two speeds (425/850 rpm). It accommodates 39 different processing discs and includes a large lead assembly with slicing and grating discs. The machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel and includes a feed head that tilts for space savings.
This continuous feed processor offers magnetic safety switch and motor brake for secure operation. Its dimensions are 26 3/8" H x 13 11/16" L x 19 5/16" W, and it is ETL electrical and sanitation listed. The unit is ideal for a wide range of vegetable and fruit sizes and shapes, providing efficient and consistent cuts for commercial kitchens.
