The Wolf SCB72 Counter Model Natural Gas Charbroiler is a large capacity commercial grill designed for high volume cooking needs. It features a stainless steel front, sides, top trim, and grease trough for durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with thirteen 14,500 BTU/hr burners, heavy duty cast iron char-radiants, and 5 1/4" wide cast iron diamond grates, it ensures consistent and efficient heat distribution.
This charbroiler includes manual gas valve controls and a standing pilot ignition system for dependable operation. Its underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards to provide even cooking. The unit has 4" adjustable legs and a 3/4" rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator, making it a reliable and powerful choice for commercial kitchens.
